About Open Venture Labs
Open Venture Labs is an operator-led venture studio based in Poland, working in English and building for global markets. We partner with a small number of early-stage founders where hands-on execution can materially increase the probability of success — aligning ourselves through equity rather than consulting fees.
We exist to close the execution gap.
Most early-stage ventures do not fail because the idea is weak. They struggle to convert ambition into disciplined, executable progress — structure, prioritisation, evidence and the operating habits that make a company investable.
Open Venture Labs was created to apply operating experience directly to early-stage companies: working alongside founders on strategy, product, execution and investor readiness, with incentives aligned through equity rather than time billed.
We are deliberately selective. We work deeply with a limited number of ventures at a time, so that our involvement can actually influence the outcome rather than sit at the edges of it.

He created Open Venture Labs to apply that operating experience directly to early-stage companies — working alongside founders where structured execution, challenge and hands-on support can materially improve the probability of success.
